Installers contacted me on prearranged day, to be fair they let me know they were running late. The install was not a straight forward one (back boiler to combi ) but the guys (Jimmy 5 stars and his trusty mate) made short work of it they were booked for 2 days but with my agreement they worked late and completed it with little mess and a professional finish in the one day. Since then ( 2 months as now) we have had no issues! Thanks to all who we dealt with including the guy who came around the give us the quotation, he too was professional and not in the least be pushy ! I would have no problems in recommend boiler plan UK or using them again ! Many thanks once again !
