My old boiler gave up the ghost the week before Christmas and as I was leaving for a 6 week holiday on Christmas Eve, I was most concerned that I may be leaving the lodger without heat, however Boiler Plan made sure that everything was sorted for the day before I left. The fitter was extremely efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after himself, in fact the flat was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived.
