Everything was fine regarding the installation, as was the installer. However I cannot say the same for the after sales service. After two weeks of the new boiler, I contacted the installer to ask about a difficulty experienced with the thermostat/timer. He could not answer my query but he promised to phone back that evening after contacting "Michael" who would know the answer. He advised me to contact the office which I did and repeated my query. That person couldn't give an answer but she said that she would contact the installer and Michael. No return calls were made. One week later I contacted the office again and spoke to a different person who informed me that no query had been logged. Again she could not answer my query but said she would make inquiries and call back. She has not done so. As it happens I have now managed to answer my query but marks out of ten for after sales service have to be nil. I do not need an answer now but an apology would be appreciated.
