Excellent, caring,no bs , from the people in the office that sorted things out, Sarah williams,katie.. The same from the man who came to survey the job Mark. The fitter that came to do the job Pete, ran in to lots of issues and overcame them, did an outstanding job, stayed longer than needed to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had another issue, which wasn't boiler plans fault, to do with my existing piping set-up, a manager and ex engineer Michael Hunt drove all the way down from York to overcome and sort out the problem I was facing. Everyone in this company is helpful, friendly and honest. I can't recommend them enough. If you are reading this and are thinking of getting a new boiler,GO FOR IT! James Preston.
