From the survey engineer who came out and realised how complicated the job would be to the fitters who came and installed the boiler, every one was professional, on time and delivered and excellent service. The sales staff on the other end of the phone appreciated our needs and really worked hard to deliver. Katie even arranged an electrician to come from the other side of the county in order to complete out job on the day we'd arranged so that we wouldn't have to wait.
