I have rated the service 5 stars because everyone I dealt with were excellent. From the lady I spoke to on the phone, the guy who came to do the survey and the two lads who did the installation. We did have a an issue with one of the pipes leaking which i noticed later that night. I phoned boiler plan the folliwing morning and the problem was fixed that day. The lads couldn't apologise enough. I didn't feel this was a good enough reason to knock a star off. Things go wrong, it's how the problem is dealt with that is more important. The installation was done in a day with little disruption. They were friendly, helpful and left my house as clean as it was when they arrived.
