Installation was done but the flue wasn’t installed correctly which led to issues. Took you about 10 months to eventually sort it out, including two boiler disconnections by the manufacturer. Last time I called nobody answered the phone and was left without any information. I’m waiting for for you to contact me for my annual service. Looking to move once the contract is up!
