I have had a leak since October , I waited for the plumber for an AM appointment , he rang and said he would be late. I couldn’t wait in so the appointment was make. I waited in all day, no one showed up. Another appointment was made and the plumber didn’t show. Another appointment was booked but unfortunately he tested positive for covid.
I rang numerous times and left voicemails and emails which were mainly unanswered
