The boiler is fine but the Honeywell software is dodgy. There are times when it does not work to the programmed schedule and the thermostat heats when the system is supposed to be off. Also, even when the target temperature in the programme is reached the boiler does not switch off. Following up on this, Boiler Plan contacted me and sent an engineer around, who discovered a faulty part. He said they would order the new part and keep me posted. But I've not heard from them and the engineer is not returning my calls or texts.
