I had my new valiant boiler fitted. They have sent one engineer to install it. It took him half a day to install but there were a lot of issues the way he installed it. It is visibly wonky. Used plastic pipes and were sticking out of the property. Not really happy but I thought those were only the problem. After a week when I had my gas safety check. It failed. I had to call them again right away as our new tenants have to move that week. The response was slow and in the end they escalated it to their regional manager and sorted it out. But that has caused me a lot of stress and lost money as the tenant were not able to move because of the problem. Up until now I have not received a reply about my referral bonus and my query about the 10 yr warranty. I spoke to Valiant and they said online it says 2 yrs warranty only because the extended warranty of 8 more yrs should be applied by Boiler Plan. Poor customer service.
