We fully appreciate your organisation and the efficiency of your empolyees in all departments. The boiler as promised was installed within 5 days from date of order. The engineer attending, Phil was polite, extremely efficient and completed the installation within a day, leaving no mess.
Slight teething problems after the installation in that three radiators downstairs failed to work 100%. As of two days ago a further engineer and manager, Mark attended and in less than an hour balanced the radiators which are now working satisfactory.
