Terrible experience. Passed on from EON and we were completely ignored by Boiler Plan. The only time someone reached out to me was one month after they accepted our contract to cancel on us. I’ve spent the last month, calling you weekly and being told to just wait, you are scheduling the installers and you’ll be in touch in a couple of days. This never happened and we finally got a call from you a month later to confirm you were cancelling on us.
