Our Ideal boiler finally packed in and had to be replaced. It is situated at the top of our house, not easy. George (from Swansea) the engineer was first class. The replacement procedure was very smooth, completed efficiently and without fuss. George did this even having to get parts that hadn’t been ordered by the office.
