Gas Call were very easy to deal with. The people in the call centre kept me informed about the timings and although it took some time to locate a boiler, I was kept informed. My only criticism is that it does not seem very efficient to send an engineer from Liverpool to do an installation first thing on Monday morning in Amersham, which must be nearly 200 miles away.
