What an absolutely outstanding experience in dealing with Gas Call. From start to finish in dealing with every member of staff was top class. The whole process from initial contact once a new boiler had been authorised was an easy and assuring time. Every member of staff who we came in contact with was polite, friendly and very professional. Everyone fully explained exactly what would happen and when. I would never have thought a video examination and inspection of the old boiler, equipment and pipework would have been so easy. Our thanks to Martiny Hardy for his time, friendliness, knowledge and advice in helping us decide on which new boiler to choose, such all round help and professionalism in everything he did. The required update regarding possible installation date arrived the next day as promised by contact with Martin and surprisingly the fitting of the new boiler was arranged very quickly indeed. The installation team of Luke and Reece ( The Yorkshire ) Team could not be faulted in any way. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable professional and competent in everything they did. They never seemed to stop and the installation of the new boiler was completed in less time than expected. On completion everything was fully checked and tested and not forgetting how clean they kept the work area. A top class team. We must not forget our thanks to the team members of Kate Dixon and Melissa Gibson, the unseen admin staff, who althoug contacted by phone provided the same friendly, polite and professional service.
