New boiler installed by Gas Call 2 weeks ago. That took more than 2 weeks to arrange. The new boiler stopped working since Friday. Called twice over the weekend and on both occasions we were promised a visit would be scheduled. Called several times today (Monday) and once again were told visit would be scheduled. Monday night and we are still waiting! Clearly the attention is only on services that pay and customer service after the fact is not a priority for Gas Call
