Derrick provided excellent customer and technical service and support. He's the only Cyprus Air technician we've had who has correctly placed the logs in our gas fireplace, after performing maintenance, to allow for proper ventilation and not have that "gassy" smell. Moving forward, we will specifically request Derrick to perform our annual maintenance service. Great job Derrick!!!
