Sahdula Anwar performed the annual maintenance check on my gas fireplace. He was prompt, clean, and very professional. What I liked most was the added recommendations and tips he provided, things that aren't necessarily in the service manuals or told to me by past technicians. That's value-added and great customer service. He is a true asset to Cyprus Air.
