GateHub locks you out of your own wallet if you haven’t used your account in a while, and the so-called “recovery key” they insist you save is completely useless when you actually need it. I followed every step, stored everything safely, and now — years later — I try to access my account and nothing works. The recovery key? Doesn’t restore anything. The support? Totally unhelpful. What’s worse, this is not an isolated issue — just look around online. Hundreds of users have been reporting this exact same problem for years and GateHub has done nothing to fix it or even take responsibility. People are losing access to their assets permanently, and the company just shrugs it off. This is either extreme incompetence or intentional negligence — either way, it's unacceptable. GateHub should be held accountable for this mess. If you value your crypto, STAY FAR AWAY from this platform.
