Lovely dress that fitted as described by the sizing guide, I just felt I wanted a slightly looser fit so sent It in for exchange. Unfortunately the next size up was out of stock, but when their customer services realised I was now on a short deadline as I needed the dress for a special event they were very helpful and helped me find an alternative that I like even more. Really pleased with the service I have received.
