Absolutely appalling company to deal with. No customer service whatsoever. I think they provide a phone number but nobody actually mans the phones. I have now been charged over £260 as an additional amount by my daughter's new insurance company because Autosaint haven't provided proof of her NCB in the timeframe that they were meant to. Despite several emails and lots of unanswered phone calls over the last month we have been unable to get hold of them. Do not use this company. I dread to think what they would be like if you ever actually needed to make a claim!
