Absolutely shocking company, avoid them at all cost! I was lured in by cheap quotes and then ended up paying way over any others on hidden their fees.
I was told to cancel I would have to pay a one off £60 fee which I agreed too, now there asking for £160 and refused to release my years no claims making my new insurance invalid which in turn has me loosing another £300 on cancellations and new insurers deposit. Customer service is also shockingly bad!
Do yourself a favour and avoid avoid avoid. I would give minus stars if possible!
