After paying £1700 for a black box policy on autosaint last year (age 18, 1 year NCD) I tried to renew by asking for a new quote. I was quoted £1800 despite having 2 years NCD, 2 years of owning a license and being a current customer.
I was also told that there's new rules on the black box, if the driver is over 25mph the speed limit their insurance will be terminated.
I wrote customer support an email last week, however they still haven't gotten back to me.
