Shocking! Tried to cancel my insurance because of "driver score" but they couldn't/wouldn't explain exactly what i'd done wrong. The car I insured with them was shared between me and a sibling who has his own insurance so their was no way of them knowing I was driving at the times they say the car was driven inappropriately. Now they want over £200 to cancel the policy! This is daylight robbery, don't be fooled by the cheap premium.
