Awful company. Firstly, when I tried to add my partner to insurance they refused (my new provider did it right away no issues) and also, when I wanted to add extra miles to my box (I had read if you go over your estimated miles they cancel your insurance so wanted to cover my back with extra) they wanted to charge me £30 per 1000 miles I added plus a £40 admin fee! When I decided to cancel my insurance because I didn't want to stay with them they charge me over £100! It's a scam that pulls in new young drivers!!!!
