I spoke to Opeyemi Aketepe over the phone. He was very nice and polite. He never answered a question with "I don't know"; instead, he politely placed me on hold whilst he went to go and investigate my query which I appreciated. He also stayed behind after his shift; his shift ended at 1730hrs and Opeyemi comprehensively checked if I required anything else before leaving the call at 1828hrs. The phone call lasted almost two hours (and ran over Opeyemi's shift by almost an hour) and Opeyemi was very calm, polite and patient with me, despite the long duration of the conversation. I really appreciate how Opeyemi went above and beyond for me - this is excellent customer service and are positive behaviours which I think deserves acknowledgement.
