Virtually impossible to get in touch with them. They emailed my daughter to say they were going to cancel her policy in 7 days unless she contacted them about the address she was parked at.
(It was during lockdown and she was staying at her boyfriends house) She tried for hours to call them and emailed them but could not get through. They have now written to say they are cancelling her policy. Their logo is 'looking out for you' lol! I don't think so!!
