Trying to get my proof of NCD to these people was a nightmare. Despite sending two emails with scans of the document and a photo of the same, via their mobile phone method, I eventually got the "heavy" treatment saying my premium would be upped if I didn`t provide the documents. One extremely irate phone call later and they called their dogs off - having suddenly found the stuff I`d sent. So with only 2 days gone on my policy ,I found myself telling their operator that I wish I`d stayed with my other insurer. I`m not sure if Bennets realise that this type of inefficiency is counter productive?
