Buying any kind of insurance today is a minefield. You never know whether the policies you're looking at provide the same levels of cover and exactly what is included or more importantly what is excluded. When you decide on a policy there is always a nagging doubt that somewhere in the online world there may have been a better deal. I did a lot of research before choosing Bennetts. There was a bit of a problem with the online purchasing system that seemed to be only wanting me to pay monthly and I couldn't find the option to pay one single annual amount so I rang the helpline. It was answered quite promptly by someone who shared the same first language as me (English) and was most helpful in sorting out my insurance. I am very pleased with the service and especially the price I paid for my multi-bike policy.
