Initially my contact with the call centre was very good with excellent rates communication and service. However when I rang to add another bike I was quoted 3 different prices from the original. I was even told that "due to a glitch in the system" I would actually have to pay more than was due monthly and that I would then be refunded by cheque! Anyway to add a bike has virtually tripled my monthly payment - not best pleased. I recommend you shop around
