I was quoted twice the amount that I paid the previous year. Placed one phone call and the price magically was returned to almost the same amount as before. I hate this attempt to dupe loyal customers into being victims of "Inertia" ( the pratice of having customers automatically renew again and again whilst not checking the new premium). Carol Nash did this to me and the third time I left them for Bennetts who were great for years.I hope this isn't a new trend.
