Wouldn't normally do this but just wanted to say that the young lady who helped me with insurance for my K1300R reg no. HY61KKH (sadly I never did really hear her name) did a fantastic job - persevering when we got cut off on a bad mobile connection and coming in early the following day to help me get my cover in place ...
