I applied on line after my last provider didn't answer their phone after 30 minutes I'm pleased I did not the cheapest but providing the essentials I require. Rang the call centre to enquire about cover for using bike for charity work due to calling late in the day I couldn't get an answer there and then Bennetts rang me back the following day as promised. Overall a professional and courteous approach to their business.
