Once you actually get through to Bennetts the whole process could not be easier or friendlier. The lady who dealt with me was very polite and friendly and the deal went through very quickly.My only gripe is that it took ages to be connected through to Bennetts. Perhaps they were busy because they give such a good customer service. I intend to renew with them next year !!
