Last Friday I rang your help line to let you know I have changed address and was told the insurer I was with will not insure me at the new address even after I explained I had only moved 2 miles away and my bike was still in a locked garage at the new property.I have had to cancel my policy and start a new one from Friday with a new insurer .I also had to wait on hold for 28 mins to speak to an adviser.And all this was just to update my details.
