Good customer service and quite pleased with the general general insurance package and extras.Just renewed again for this year. But why do you quote one price for renewal (for the same bike and rider with unchanged circumstances) that is 27% higher than last year and then when I phone up to inquire immediately drop it down below last year's price. Are you hoping that riders will just blindly renew without looking at the cost so you get a nice increase in premium or am I just being cynical? This kind of sharp practice doesn't fill me with confidence that you have the rider's best interests at heart... Rating would be five star but for this reason you only get 4.
