Plus now I have lost out on my free cinema tickets !2;when buying my insurance over the phone Scott told me that all insurance companies were linked by computer and everyone has everybodys details and my proof of no claims would be automatically gathered by you.Why is it then the first thing you ask for on receipt of my insurance is past proof of no claims bloody annoying! Now I have to mess around contacting my old insurance company. You really need to sort this out and not promise something you can't deliver !Looking forward to hearing from you. K England
