I have had an extra charge put on my insurance because of incorrect information held on insurance database. My car insurance company are happy to discuss this with Bennetts but Bennetts operative was rude and very unhelpful and refused to help. As a result of this my husband has cancelled his two policies and as soon as I can arrange alternative cover I will be cancelling mine. Appalling customer service.
