Hi this is I believe my first time with Bennetts . What I like is you do have online service but did fined it difficult to navigate due to it constantly trying to get you to take up extra costs simple opt out option would help. In the end I had to phone your office to complete the insurance staff very helpful. My previous broker didn't have the online service and kept you waiting on the phone which I assume I'm paying for so goodbye to them. As Bennetts have 0800 tel no. this was also a contributing factor in my choice along with competitive premium.thanks
