Very good most of the time. My advice to anyone is to avoid the automatic renewal option because this can lead to problems. I had one instance where I chose not to accept the automatic renewal quote because the increase was excessive and instead started a new policy on line (as advised to by Bennetts) A cheaper price yes but then all those letters telling me I was no longer insured by Bennetts because I had effectively not renewed my old policy. I found great difficulty convincing Bennetts that I was still insured through them as all that had happened was that i had a different policy number. In future I just want a renewal notice which i will renew or not. Spare me all the nonsense please.
