1st class and having used a comparison site for insurance quotes and then accepted each and then had to fill in all the extra details required I found this one to be simple and easy to complete. Great that most things were presumed that a bike would probably or most definitely already had as standard so saved lots of time.The call centre was called just before I accepted my quotation as had a question and was connected quickly staff very polite and friendly answered questions accurately and took over the process and finished off my insurance for me within minutes. No badgering or waiting anything else just that I was satisfied. Having finished my documents were emailed instantly even though they said could take up to 24 hrs but were plain and easy to understand and probably the best I have ever seen. They was an exact copy of if they had written to me in the post which I felt was a good personal touch.I will now once all my insurances expire whatever they are change to Bennetts Insurance.Totally delighted and would highly recommend.
