Overall a painless process very good price great helpfull operator who arranged the policy all very cool. Only fly in ointment was over the NCD I'd stated 9+ yrs (knowing I'd had a run of over 20 years with no claims and mainly protected) but the proof doc only stated 5 or more years. First I knew was an email from you stating I'd ammended the policy and could I send a cheque for £24ish... Slightly upsetting as I'd only just bought the policy the day before... Apart from a frustrating phone call to you with a slightly short operator who wouldn't (couldn't) budge I then went back to previous company who very kindly sent a revised doc stating 12 or more which I have sent over. Your second operator (Shaun) was very helpful. Thinking about this an email saying what the proof stated and that there might be a charge if I couldn't prove the 9+ might have been a better approach...
