Called to update change of address.. didn't pay the admin fee as renewel was a month away. Was NOT told my details won't be updated in the meantime.(false insurance for a month, NICE) When I call to renew you have auto renewed for me with the wrong details. (Yeah coz that makes sense)Was told you can't do any better on the price, as it had gone up ???? went home did it online fully comprehensive for £20 more than the advisor on the phone. If I hadn't of got this price I wouldn't have renewed with yourselves.
