Been with Bennett's previously, had my renewal notice whilst away working. Insurance ran out 19/12/16, tried to renew on 21/12/16.
Evidently insurance had lapsed, therefore effectively closing my account, had to go through whole ridiculous procedure of who I am, what bikes I'm insuring, full description, blah blah blah. Ended up in heated discussion with your agent, as the new quote surprise surprise, was more expensive than the renewal. I also had an issue with an overcharge on last Years renewal, but due to the fact I'd already been on the phone for 20 minutes, was getting bored, losing the will to live, and quite frankly couldn't be bothered to go through this whole process again with a new insurer, I didn't have the mental stamina to argue the point with the agent !
At the end of the day, you're not even an insurance company - just an intermediary, a broker.
Not at all happy with service, but for this year it's got to be better the devil you know ! Customer
Loyalty is non existent, therefore I have no loyalty to stick with you guys - and for clarification I won't be !
