The staff that I dealt with have been excellent and have always offered good sound advice and service. The product is usually good although the mandatory excesses are quite high.
However I was disappointed and frustrated that I had to pay for the full policy immediately due to a fault in Bennett's paying systems, rather than be installments on direct debit as preferred.
