Made me happy (?) by giving me a 'credit' of £25 of the £50 charged for cancelling my policy early. I purchased another (smaller) motorcycle and wished to transfer my insurance, but found this is no longer possible. The existing policy must be cancelled (cost £50) and a new one taken out. Considering that it is only a matter of changeing a few details on a computer I consider this a gross overcharge. Will I be re-newing... I'll be looking VERY carefully at the cost!
