Well they only made me happy once I'd got another quote on comparethemarket.com which was almost 33% cheaper and with Bennetts also. I find it really disappointing that I have to do this every year to save money and you don't feel the need to give me the "cheapest quote available" as your renewal suggests I have already got. Otherwise it's been a good company to use but I must add I've never made a claim or needed too, so who knows.
