I was very happy with Bennett’s right up to the point I had to inform them of a fpn. The polite man on the phone said “I’m pleased to tell you that it hasn’t affected your policy, now how would you like to pay the £30 admin charge....”
It’s small wonder people don’t inform their insurance companies of any changes.. So be warned.. £30 for a 3 minute call, that’s £600 per hour... Wish I could do that!
