when i received my insurance documents from CAROLE NASH i had made a simple mistake because when i read my policy it stated no pillion passenger. this was probs my fault in not clicking a certain box. but when i rang them they said it was no more money for a pillion passenger but because i did, they had to charge me £25. £25 FOR WHAT????? A CLICK OF A MOUSE i never even got an update of my policy by post, which i did ask for !! never never again will i use carole nash total rip off company stay well clear....
