Customer service is always brilliant as they are on hand and respond very quickly. The prices are also really good because the previous year I had a crash which I thought meant the price would majorly increase. With carrot it didn’t allowing me to keep driving. The rewards for been a good driver are also really good as it allows me to buy vouchers to spend. My black box was delivered and fitted very quickly as it was a few days after I sorted my policy.
